It's no secret that I love bright colors. I'm totally drawn to them. I guess it's the Cuban in me. Here, this bright red blouse gets an added kick when paired with a beautiful turquoise necklace and matching earrings. To me, this outfit has a carefree, I'm-on-vacation island feel to it. Just looking at it makes me happy!
